SERT SUZUKI won the World Endurance Championship 2011 after an incredible third place in the final race of the championship in Doha. A hard fought second place wasn't quite enough to see Team BMW Motorrad France 99 win the title, by just four points and 30 seconds. BMW Motorrad France 99 didn’t crown as the 2011 Endurance World Champions despite being main protagonist throughout the season.
